Paige Fronabarger joined Wilkinson Barker Knauer as an attorney 1997. Ms. Fronabarger has an expertise in a wide variety of transactional matters including mergers and acquisitions and general contract issues with a focus on communications technologies including commercial mobile radio services (PCS, cellular, paging and SMR), satellite, radio, television, fiber and unlicensed spectrum.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Fronabarger worked as a securities associate at the law firm of Levi, Perry Simmons & Loots, P.C. in Washington, D.C. focusing on mergers and acquisitions of commercial banks and thrifts and the development and implementation of hedge funds.
