Mr. Litman joined the firm in 2007 after practicing with an international law firm where he assisted clients with a range of communications and media-related matters. Mr. Litman has experience in researching, drafting and filing pleadings before the Federal Communications Commission, state and federal courts and state agencies.

During law school, Mr. Litman served as the Programs and Finance Director of the Silicon Flatirons Telecommunications Program. Mr. Litman also served as the Managing Editor of the Journal on Telecommunications and High Technology Law, and authored, “Cognitive Radio: Moving Towards A Workable Framework for Commercial Leasing of Public Safety Spectrum” which appeared in 4 J. on Telecomm. & High Tech. L. 249 (2005).
