Luisa Lancetti recently rejoined the firm after spending six years at Sprint Corporation as Vice President-Wireless. During her tenure at Sprint, she was responsible for wireless regulatory affairs, advising the business on regulatory and compliance matters, and developing policy and representing the company before the FCC and other federal and state executive agencies and legislatures. Previously, Ms. Lancetti was an associate and then partner at Wilkinson Barker Knauer. Her practice includes representation of a wide range of telecommunications clients on numerous substantive matters impacting their businesses, including spectrum matters, new technologies (3G, 4G, VoIP), E911, universal service, numbering, carrier interconnection, tower siting, homeland security, disabilities access, and consumer protection, among others.
Ms. Lancetti is active in the communications bar and has served as Chair of the Wireless Telecommunications Practice Committee and as a member of the Nominations Committee of the Federal Communications Bar Association. She also served on the FCC Consumer Advisory Committee and as a Board Member of the E9-1-1 Institute.
